Tuesday night was supposed to be the back half of the Carroll County – Floyd County Girls Soccer ⚽️ series. But as the Lady Buffaloes 🐃 finished out their initial season, the team chose not to play the match.
Carroll County improved to 11-4-1 on the season with the forfeit win and now head into the season finale versus James River in need of one more victory to clinch a spot in the upcoming Regional tournament.
With no match to play but a monster sized one on Wednesday, McGuire held a practice for her Lady Cavaliers, and then when it concluded, Coach made the drive down to the First Baptist Church ⛪️ of Mt.Airy.
McGuire has a wide range of skills in her bag 🎒 and to list them all would take a hot minute or two. But know this about our second year coach, where Adrienne excels the most is in her role as Big Sister to Jan & Half Pint !
