Luray, Virginia – Tyler and T.J Parker teamed up with Caleb Andrews and Buggy Burton to card a sixteen under par, 56 to capture the annual Page County Recreation Department fund raising golf ⛳️ tournament on Saturday morning.
Andrew Good welcomed 28 foursomes to the annual fundraiser for his department and when it was time to address the crowd he spoke to 112 smiling faces.
After the round, the golfers enjoyed a hearty meal, door prizes, and plenty of fellowship. Good will now be able to refill the coffers, allowing him to continue to provide participants in his programs much needed assistance.
On a personal note 📝, the day was absolutely Top Shelf for me. Having the opportunity to work with Andrew and his trusty Sidekick, Jersey Mike, was a pleasure, and when you add in the trio of golfers I played the loop with, it added up to an Awesome few days up in a place we called home for a decade plus.
We were fortunate enough to have the same foursome from last year, and once again, we were able to assist a young man who gives his best effort every day in hopes of improving the lives of others.
Shooting 🔫 an -11 (61) was the definition of icing on the cake 🎂. One can never predict what 12 months down the road looks like but we can only hope that the wonderful people continue to support the cause !
