When your cause is equality for all….

  By taking a McDonald’s World Cup 🥤 and leaving it inside of its sealed bag 🎒, there is now an unofficial 10th Cup in the series !!!

55 years ago, the Hamburgerler was born and branded a thief. The situation became worse when McDonald’s rolled out its World 🌎 Cup Soccer ⚽️ marketing campaign by awarding Gremis with his own cup, alongside 8 of the All-Time greatest soccer players from around the globe.

Gremis gets GLORY 😤 and The Hamburgerler only gets to pose in a shot where he is trying to steal the Trophy 🏆.

It turns out that Travis Osborne created his own 10th cup by plastering our own Marion Harris on one of them. It turns out that his talented daughters were the ones who did the heavy lifting 🫴.

I struggle to spell AI, let alone use it, so my answer involved duct tape. Problem solving is serious business, and I can finally move on from this one !

France 🇫🇷 and England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧 on the Pitch would be considered can’t miss TV, but this one is different. Both clubs are coming off gut-wrenching setbacks against bitter rivals and a shot for a place in history.

Hopefully, it will be a great match down there in South Florida….

Canada 🇨🇦 had a seven cup set available to their customers, and here in the United States 🇺🇸, we had bonus cups for players from Mexico 🇲🇽 and the US. This brought the total to nine, and the reason offered was centered around licensing issues.

The real problem here for us is Grimace landing a spot alongside eight of the greatest players in Soccer ⚽️ while his buddy was painted 🎨 into an undesirable position !

Poor little Hamburgerler ( spelling ???) not only didn’t get his own cup but was instead profiled as a thief, seen here stealing the cup.

As we strive for equality for everyone, this is just wrong…..

Saturday and Sunday afternoon is what we have left !

The four best soccer ⚽️ clubs in the world 🌎 remain, and that isn’t necessarily a bad thing. What we have is the equivalent of an NCAA Men’s Basketball tournament where all four #1 seeds took care of business in reaching the promised land.

Argentina 🇦🇷 needing three goals in the closing minutes of play against Egypt 🇪🇬 was thrilling television for sure. There have been plenty of WOW moments over the past month, and getting to attend a match in person was an unexpected experience.

Now we have the team from South America needing to defeat two European 🇪🇺 clubs to defend their title, something that happens once in a blue moon. Lionel Messi plays the game at a level that few could ever envision, and if he caps off his brilliant career with Back 2 Back 🏆🏆on the biggest stage, the world 🌎 has to offer it would be epic.

Thank you, Norway 🇳🇴 and Scotland, for leaving your mark on this tournament. Know that your time here will not be forgotten anytime soon.

I have to acknowledge that Messi & Friends winning it again would be the mother of storybook endings. The easiest path is to hope for that outcome, but listening to 60,000 fans sing ” Hey, Jude” after Bellingham put the biscuit in the basket 🧺 twice again…..

  It’s been a fun, fun ride that included a FIFA ⚽️ watch party for a match, attending a match, a Canadian watch party for the Canada 🇨🇦 match, and listening to Chris talk about the Scotland versus Brazil 🇧🇷 match.

The stage is set and should be a great watch !
