We have one final piece of Cavalier business to attend to, and it begins with a send-off this afternoon on The Hill. Shortly after noon, our travel party will begin the two day trek up to Lynchburg for the Class 3 & 4 State Track 👣 and Field Championship.
The actual competition takes place Friday afternoon for Fariss, and the goal is to shine a bright of a light as possible on the young man.
Later tonight, it will be time for game 2 of the Softball College World Series between Texas Tech University and the University of Texas.
