Bottom of the 5th inning and both the sun 🌞 and the humidity have dropped a bit. The team that I owned and the one I helped to create are both in the Valley Baseball League ⚾️ but I’m a huge fan of the Coastal Plains League.
They are the kings 🤴 of both fun and creativity. They crossed into Virginia a few years back with teams in Martinsville and the Tri-Cities ( Petersburg, Colonial Heights area).
There was a brief moment where getting involved with Martinsville was in the thought process, but we ended up focusing on things at the High School level.
They are doing something fun every half inning !
