From the Desk of Tim Tebow…

This morning, Brother Osborne checked βοΈ in at 5:49 with his Bible Verse of the Day. Then, it becomes a copy and paste and adding a photo πΈ.

The next thing to happen will take place at 6 am. when the email π§ from Joel Osteen is sent, providing a second Bible verse for the morning.
After a while, Coach Mayo will share his Motovational Nugget for the Day.

I truly appreciate π the fact that both Travis and Coach are willing to take the time to share the same thought that they do on social media ! There is a world π beyond social media, and those people who live there want to be uplifted as well !
It’s 6am…

Now, here in a bit, I will circle π΅ back to add the message from Coach Mayo…
Have yourself a Blessed Day πππ

Last night π on The Hill, in a word was FUN !
There was energy in the building from when I arrived at 4 pm until departing just after 9 pm. The biggest question is which number was more impressive. How many fans were in the stands or the fact that 31 Lady Cavaliers made their season debut ?

My favorite number of the night was certainly the fact that Coach Edwards will have FIVE former Cavaliers who played for her on her staff this season !
It turns out that Nikki Heflin and Kelly Holderfield were teammates back in the day, graduating π back in 2002. This duo will lead our 14 Junior Varsity players this season. Kelly spent her high school days assist(ing) the ball to Nikki, so it’s a natural thing for 24 years later that history is repeating itself.
Kim Weddle is a volleyball π lifer and one of the more gifted players to wear the jersey under the guidance of Edwards. The effort is there 365 as Weddle plays a large role in Twin County Travel Volleyball when she isn’t coaching up the Lady Cavaliers.

Miss Bunn is back on The Hill, fresh off her stay at Ferrum College. Four years of playing volleyball and sparkling β¨οΈ in the classroom, and now she is teaching in a classroom and on the volleyball court.
Rounding out the Fab Five is the youngster of the bunch, Miss Burnett. Wise beyond her years, Laiken is making the transition from player and team leader to assisting her former coach.
I need to add a personal thank you to Coach Edwards for helping me create this photo πΈ in the middle of a busy night and to Ryan McCafferty for coming over from The Carroll News to capture it as well.
Next Thursday night, we will get together once again as we host the second of our two pre-season scrimmages.
