It’s not very often that I start my day in the Atlantic time zone, but that’s the case for the next week (+1). While there will be an all-day party back home, there will be a soccer ⚽️ party here as Canada πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦ looks to make the Elite Eight for the first time ever.

Paraguay πŸ‡΅πŸ‡Ύ and France πŸ‡«πŸ‡· will square off in the late game today as we begin the four day stretch that will take the World Cup from 16 down to 8.

All three host countries have made it to the Sweet 16, but the big difference is that Canada πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦ will be playing its match down in Houston, Texas, instead of Toronto or Vancouver.

2pm first touch here on the East Coast of Canada πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦, 1pm back home 🏑.

The thought of all three making it to the next round is a fun one, but none of the outcomes will be easy ones. But each one should be a fun watch !
