Sometimes Everything just lines up perfectly. Benny Parsons, Hunger, Golf ⛳, Nascar & Sunshine= Tremendous Results !!!

When you go out seeking answers to the question of How to Make the World 🌎 a Better Place, Helping to Feed the Hungry is always a safe landing spot !

Cedar Brook Country Club is located just North of Elkins, North Carolina. Today 240 Golfers 🏌️‍♂️and a Truck 🚚 Load of Sponsors, including OneofUs.Care, converged on the Country Club in hopes of playing 18 holes while honoring the Late Legendary Mr. Parsons and raising Money 💰 to fight Hunger.

The event reached the turn Golfers away mark for the first time in its 17 year history. Mother 👩 Nature was even on board as the morning 🌄 group battled a bit of a chill while the afternoon group was greeted with a picturesque 70°.

Lunch was provided ahead of the afternoon group while the morning golfers 🏌️‍♂️ were treated to breakfast.

The prizes donated covered a wide variety of areas and promised to add to an already outstanding Kitty for the day.

Kudos to the Powers to be behind such a well oiled event and I’m already looking forward to the 18th edition of this event !

Great News on the Golfers 🏌️‍♂️ side of the event as all 30 slots were filled for both the Morning 🌄 and the Afternoon sessions! The organizers started a wait list last week.

We were able to make the Cut (Golf term) on the Sponsors side of the event being held at the Country Club just North of Elkins.

The AM session starts up at 7am with the Early Bird 🐦 golfers 🏌️‍♂️ teeing it up at 8am. Lunch will take place and then the Afternoon groups will hit the links.
