Here in Carroll County its the second of the book end Holiday weekends where Hillsville hosts a massive Flea Market. The amount of money 💰 brought in through the process is substantial and a number of groups raise funds by parking cars 🚗 is impressive.
. Labor Day is also the unofficial end of the Golf ⛳ season for the casual golfer 🏌️♂️. Out here at Olde Mill the rentals are full of people trying to make sure that they sneak in a few more rounds. The diehard Golfer will play anytime there’s not snow on the ground.
For those of you that live in the Fashion world 🌎 there’s something about not wearing White after Labor Day ??? Good Tip if you pay attention to those things – me, I am happy when my socks match.
Labor Day also marks the opening of the College Football 🏈🏈🏈 season !
For others is just a paid day off and we can all appreciate that.
