Tonight sets up as a Hoopsfest with six different games to keep up with. Two in person and four on-line. It will mean passing on the Old Miss – Miami Semi-final game but thankfully ESPN can fill me in on that afterwards.
Kira Lawson and Duke University Women’s Basketball 🏀 playing on the West Coast is exciting and we will get to be there on Sunday when they face Stanford University inside Maples 🍁 Pavillion !
Both local Women’s Basketball teams are playing at Home tonight so its Thunderbirds and Trailblazers time…
The game for Ervin and Furman is a key 🔑 one as the Paladins look to make a statement about their role in the conference race 🏁.

Wrestling results :
Against Radford : Trenton won by pin in 16 seconds, a personal record & maybe a team record! Garrison, Traven, & Ryan all won by pin. Preston had a very tight match & won by points. Amelia & Alex both earned team points by forfeit. We had 10 kids against the Radford team & 7 brought home points.

Against Martinsville, Alex Cruz, Lucas Konberg, & Preston Farmer all earned team points by forfeit. Trenton Newman won by tech fall. Garrison Wheatley won by pin. Again 5 of 8 received point for the Cavaliers.

Against Patrick County we had wins from Amelia Dalton, Alex Cruz, & Traven Taylor all by pin. Trenton Newman won by points. Preston Farmer won by forfeit. 5 out of 8 of our wrestlers won.
