Today is Day 6 of 11 ( in between the two VB matches) of trying hard to do everything that the doctor wants, so that makes it Hump Day twice over !
The goal for each day is a minimum of 10,000 steps and 125,000 total for the 11-day window 🪟. Trying hard to give the medication 💊 a fighting chance !
Have a Blessed Day 🙌😇🙏
