One day after our eight members of the Swim 🏊♂️ team shined in the Pool in Richmond, Alex Cruz and West Long will be representing The Hill today at the Salem Civic Center. One year ago it was Samuel Collins that became the first grappler to punch his ticket 🎟 to the Show for Coach Long.
Cruz is a model Student who is seldom seen without a smile on his face. The fact that he is a solo act today needs to be highlighted by the fact that four others were just one step away from joining him on the mat. Preston Farmer and Trenton Newman on the Boys 👦 side and Amelia Dalton and Khloe Dean on the Girls side.
