We left the high school at 4am this morning, and some were cutting the last couple pounds when we got here. Everybody is on weight now and refueling, about to get this day started. We are prepared this trip, just need to start putting the pieces together.

The Girls travel back to Fort Chiswell High School 🏫 with the hopes of a clean sweep (1:30) and the Wrestlers begin their two Day event as Christmas 🎄 saws closer.

The Big Orange 🍊 Classic takes place up in Roanoke all day Friday and then concludes on Saturday morning 🌄.

 These two events will wrap up the Pre – Christmas 🎄 competition for our Cavaliers !

Kevin Burress checks in with the update –

Hey Jerry the JV girls play at 130 tomorrow at Ft Chiswell.

We won one and lost one last night. We were not as ready as we should have been and that is on me. Still progressing and learning! This weekend is another two day individual tournament at William Byrd, the goal is to have multiple athletes competing Saturday night! There is A lot of wrestling left in the season, until it really matters (Region & State). “Always Forward, Never Outworked!”
