First Pitch in Fayetteville at 11:05 CST, 67° and a drizzle… Game 1 of the Super Regional is underway between the Razorbacks and the Lady Blue Devils !

Miss Vega hit a solo Home Run in the top of the first inning to give Duke an early 1-0 lead.

Duke has made it to Oklahoma City for the College World Series once in their brief history of nine years, and the Hogs have never reached the Promise Land. One of these two teams will end the weekend very, very happy, and the other will be thinking woulda, coulda, shoulda.

11:51 – we have our first weather delay in the top of the second inning, Duke leading 3-2.

Tomorrow has issues as well !
Oklahoma – Mississippi State as a break filler. Delay has reached two hours now.

2:24 CT – tarp still on the field

Four hour + rain 🌧 delay

From day one in Paris, France 🇫🇷 to the ending a few minutes ago, Kira Lawson coached them up, and they responded.

For the second straight season, the team fell in the Elite Eight to a number one seed.
