Opening Day only comes around once a year, so its off to Caraway Speedway to support the efforts of Cavalier student, Dakota Walls….SECOND PLACE !!!

Everything here is happening in hurry up mode as they race 🏁 to get all 8 races in after the long weather delay. Victory Lane post race interviews are being done on pit road as the next race gets underway.

Samford finished 6-8 in the league, good for 6th place. The team was five games under .500 overall but they have defeated the #3 (Wofford ) and #2 ( East Tennessee State University) and are currently leading #1 UT – Chattanooga…

. Both JV and Varsity Boys tied a game and lost 2 games by 1 goal. Our boys were in every game and had chances to win it but it didn’t go our way. We learned alot and most players got much needed experience on Varsity and much needed experience as first time jv players as well.

Looking forward to seeing the season unfold, both on the Tommy Thompson Field Pitch and across the region !
