Heading to The Fort

Fort Chiswell, Virginia – Carroll County High School is set to join host Fort Chiswell and six other local Schools for three days of non – stop Basketball πŸ€ beginning today and continuing on Monday and Tuesday.

The Cavaliers enter the event supporting a 3 -2 mark which includes splitting two exciting games against the host Pioneers. We won’t know if there’s going to be a trilogy or not until the bracket unfolds.

Fort Chiswell is slated to open against East Wilkes High School (Ronda, NC) while Carroll County will square off against Narrows High School

Narrows also sits at 3-2 and the Green Waves and Carroll County have a common opponent in Galax. NHS kicked off its season with a 59 – 51 victory at Galax while the Cavaliers cruised to a 20 point victory in the same Gymnasium.

Three Rivers District foe, Radford, is once again in the field and the Bobcats will open up against Ashe County ( West Jefferson, NC). Galax and Pulaski County round out the field.

8 Varsity and 8 Junior Varsity teams are set to compete in a Wall to Wall manner with Carroll County capping off Day 1 with an 8 :30 Tip-off

Ryan Phillips will step into the shoes πŸ‘ž of Jason Stockner who led the Junior Varsity to a matching Championship last season.
