This one might make you smile π atleast a little.

Psalm 20:7 Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the Lord our God.

When Coach packed up his bags π a couple of years ago and left James Madison University for Bloomington, Indiana, I remember thinking – Good Luck with that. I thought the JMU Dukes West would have some success but there was nothing saying 27-2 and National Champions….Well Done, Sir
Our Swim teams return to action π¬ tonight up in the Star π City as Coach Joi Ogle continues her march towards March once again.
Thank You to Anthony Barnes π for sharing both of the Basketball previews that wee created for tonight’s games versus Martinsville.
The day will be a long one as the layover in Dallas – Fort Worth will be a 3+ hours but we might be able to pass the time with some Carroll County Hoops on the Network !
Have yourself a Blessed Day π

When a large part of the campaign is all things equal, you simply cannot do for one and not for the other !!
5:30 is the scheduled Tip time for the Girls Junior Varsity game against the Martinsville Bulldogs.

Shortly after the conclusion of the JV game, the Varsity team will take their turn hosting the Bulldogs (7 -7).
Home π‘ Hoops means we will have three teams on display !

Ladies Night π x 3 on The Hill !!!

Three hikes πΆββοΈ today and each one hit both goals ! Minimum goals of 60 minutes and two miles…

Tomorrow morning π will get here soon enough and we are aware of the weather forecast that awaits us…

Depending upon your view of the Glass, as in half full or half empty, will play into how you feel crossing the Leap tomorrow night.
Martinsville sits atop the Three Rivers District at 6-0 and is 11-3 overall. A closer look at their results will show that all three loses came over the New Year Holiday in a tournament.
Carroll County High will enter the contest at 6-7 and looking to snap a three game slide for the first time in a long while.
If you are a Glass half full type check out the games both played against Glenvar.
January 15th was the night π that the Bulldogs traveled to the Highlanders and they held on for a 75 – 66 victory. Back on January 6th we hosted and defeated Glenvar 80 – 76.
If you are a Glass half full, know that the only time we didn’t have an opportunity to win in the fourth quarter was against Floyd County (72-44 ) and on January 9th M’V beat the Buffaloπes 66 -38.
So, if your glass is half Full, get in your car π with optimism and drive over to the Pound.
If your glass is half empty, get in your car π and support our Cavaliers with gusto anyway. Be thankful π we swapped Martinsville for Alleghany.
The Junior Varsity game tips at 5:30 pm and the younger Pups πΆ can play too. Martinsville sits at 8-2 and will prove a challenge for Ryan Phillips and our team of the future.
