The Smoots and their Flying Eagles teammates won 107 -98 over Patrick Henry CC to improve to 4-10 on the season.

In Girls 👧 Wrestling at Radford, the Lady Cavaliers were led by Amelia Dalton at a perfect 5-0 and Khloe Dean at 2-2 Congratulations 👏 and Thank You to Kevin DeHaven.

Boys and Girls Swim 🏊‍♂️ competed tonight and we will share those results when they are made available.

Our Cheerleaders entertained the crowd on The Hill tonight as well…

Tonight was fun as I was receiving things from seven different people and across the board in events !

I have 150 + photos 📷 to narrow down and a few stories to write ✍ and its now past Midnight here / 2:30 am back 🏡 but I will plug along !

The Hill – Dakota Walls Racing is getting ready to kickoff yet another season of racing and Lin and I are proud to be on board with the Walls family 👪 once again !

The schedule is still in the works and we will be sharing all the information as it becomes available to us.

The Highlanders are coming, the Highlanders are coming and our Cavaliers are set to defend The Hill ! Boys 👦 Basketball 🏀 tonight starting at 5:30…

Once a year the Glenvar Highlanders make the trek from Salem to The Hill to face our Cavaliers and as Rod Stewart would sing, ” Tonight’s the Night 🌙”.

  Both Carroll County High School teams are currently 4 – 4 and have been off since last Tuesday when they wrapped up play in the Fort Chiswell Christmas Tournament.

Glenvar Varsity brings a 4-5 mark to town and have dropped three straight games, including one last night, 77-50 versus Hidden Valley. Their JV team is listed at 2-1 with some results missing.

Tonight marks the beginning of Three Rivers District play for both schools 🏫 and if Carroll County wants to challenge for another District 👑 its imperative that they defend the home court.

Four of the eight games for Head Coach Anthony Barnes have seen the Cavaliers finish North of 80 points on the scoreboard and the team is 3-1 in those contests. Aggressive defense leads to instant offense and hopefully it will be on full display tonight !
