Consecutive Silver Medal 🥈finishes for the Middle School Boys ! Kudos to Mr Newman for continuing his streak of PR’s 👏 and congratulations to all that woke up really early on a Saturday to wear the colors !

October 11th is Boo Ridge Day at Hillsville Elementary School and Vickey Ritchie is beyond excited. There is a level of competition for ALL levels of folks. There is a 5K, all the way down to a short walk 🚶‍♂️and its for a Great Cause. Special Olympics Basketball 🏀 is a year around effort where our Coach & Leader, Vickey Ritchie is trying hard to include everyone who participates.

The course will be overflowing with Halloween 🎃 decorations and is the same layout that Shawn Montgomery and his Cross Country teams use on the rare occasion that they compete at home.

We were able to have a Date Night 🌙 after Lin’s Medical visit but there’s still time to say Congratulations 👏 to Head Coach Seth Greer and his 🏈🏈🏈 Cavaliers!

Carroll County High School recorded its second straight shutout and improved to 3-1 on the season ! Somewhere Allen Worrell is creating your gamer on it !

Three young Ladies approached the scorers table late last night 🌙 and presented me with the Duck pictured above ! Neat Moment…

I thought it was a very good week the kids, they’re playing hard and I’m very proud of them for that. Laiken Burnett finished with 38 Assist and 12 digs Brooke Webb had 15 kills Corrie delp had 9 kills and Ali Wright had 12 kills 12 digs and 5 aces Callie Harris had 14 Digs and 6 aces.

The young Lady 👩 standing 🧍‍♂️ next to Callie Harris celebrated her 80th Birthday 🎂 with us last Saturday afternoon !

Knowing that we are hosting a Triple Header again on Monday, the thought would be for the Middle School 🏫 Volleyball to have Mother’s Night and the bigger Kiddos to have Kinfolk Night. This would include ALL relatives in the Gym that would like to stand next to their Lady Cavalier for introductions.

Still hoping 🙏 to hear from Coach Heflin about her initial Home Court victory !
