Next up on Our Spring Season Recap : Mrs Brittany Kinney and her Girls πŸ‘§ Junior Varsity Soccer ⚽️ team

From Coach Kinney :

Offensive Player of the Year:
Baya Austin: 8th Grade

Baya is an incredible athlete! She can confidently play any offensive position on the field. Her growth from the beginning to now has been phenomenal. I’m so proud of her and how brightly she shined for us this year.

Defensive Player of the Year:
Chloe Wright: 8th Grade

Chloe is a rockstar goalie. I think I told her like 20 minutes before practice started one day that I was moving her to the goal, she didn’t question or argue with my decision; she just did it. She executed and guarded the goal well. She is aggressive, a team player, and an amazing human.

Most Improved Player:
Bibiana Rojas: 9th Grade

Β Β Β  Bibiana quickly earned her role as captain with grace and dignity. She was a person I knew I could count on to give 100% effort on and off the field. Bibi was an outstanding at the wing position. I’ll never forget standing on the sidelines shortly after I started helping talking to Adrienne about how athletic she was and how good she was with a soccer ball.

I thought she had been playing soccer most of her life, turns out, she had only been playing since the fall. We all benefited from her leadership this season.
