Faith’s deep love for Christ and her dedication to serving others shines through her involvement in mission trips, church, and youth group.
Her strong faith guides her, and her desire to make a positive impact is inspiring. We’re also impressed by her commitment to volleyball, where she works tirelessly to improve her skills and supports her teammates.
Recognizing that she is a student first, Faith excels academically even with her busy schedule, effortlessly balancing sports, faith, and school.
At home, she takes on chores, yard work, and caring for our animals, all while cherishing family time through campfires, camping, and ATV rides.

I’m so grateful to have such amazing teammates and coaches who make all the hard work fun while always supporting one another, both on and off the court.
Volleyball has taught me the importance of dedication, perseverance, and the power of teamwork.
One of the Bible verses that guides me is Hebrews 13:8: ‘Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.’
This reminds me that no matter what challenges I face, I can rely on His unchanging strength and love, which gives me the courage to give my best in everything I do.
From Head Coach Cindy Edwards :
Faith Nicholson is a sophomore who is so laid back and is the same no matter what .
She can play many positions . She started out setting this season and now we have her playing as DS . And doing a fantastic job. My biggest complaint is for to to be loud and not so laid back, HaHa!
Coavh Neely :
Faith is fairly new to the volleyball world, but she has worked very hard and has made herself a valuable asset to our back row.
She is very unassuming, but she is super scrappy and has started to get to more balls. Her role at the beginning of the season was as a back up setter, but she has moved to a DS position, going in for Ali on the back row.
She is a natural in that position and is passing very well for us right now. She has done everything we have asked of her and she does so with a smile on her face.
I have been impressed with how quickly she picks up things and how coachable she is. In the next couple of years, I foresee Faith having a more vital role on the team, and she is building her confidence rep by rep.
K If we can convince her to turn on the hulk when she steps on the court, she will be unstoppable. I look forward to having her for the next couple of years and can’t wait
to see how she improves.
