Going to lean on our new found partnership with our Athletic Director Kevin DeHaven to make sure theirs a seat πŸ’Ί on the College Train πŸš† for all Fall College Cavaliers…

We want to include any recent graduates πŸŽ“ from Carroll County High School that are going to be playing College sports this fall to join in the part of our efforts along the lines of Once A Cavalier, Always a Cavalier.

Not everyone that fits into this category is interested in the concept and to prevent both possibly including someone who would rather pass on the attention or excluding someone who wants to continue to be proud of their child.

We have extended the invite to both of the Newman sisters and two of Cindy Edwards former players in Miss Bunn and Miss Stockner. Surely there are others and if they want to come along for the ride, please reach out to either Mr. Dehaven or myself !

Our Friend Travis Osborne checks βœ” in from Middle School 🏫 Volleyball πŸ.

The CCMS Girls lost the match with Glenvar this evening, losing all three sets. These girls are just getting started, but have great potential. They play tomorrow evening in Blacksburg @ 4:30.

I can’t make the game tomorrow, but I will ask Dawn to send you an update. Appreciate you, Brother!

We welcome pics and notes πŸ“ from Travis and friends in regards to the efforts of this team.

Ashlyn Newman is just days away from playing her first College Soccer ⚽️ game !

Union University is located in Jackson, Tennessee and is the new home 🏑 for our Ashlyn Newman !

September 5th is the opening game

For those of you reading that aren’t familiar with the School its a scaled down version of Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.

Union is a Christian ✝️ based school 🏫 with a bit of a small town feel to it by comparison to LU , which has become a massive school.

We are hoping between Ashlyn and her parents πŸ™ we will be able to keep up with her this season.

Here’s hoping for nothing but success for our career Goal scorer in her next Pitch ( Soccer ⚽️ Term)
