Both Macie Adkins and Lauren Alley are playing College softball this season which means that at least one trip down to watch them play is in order.
The first opportunity that lines up to see UVA-WISE play is this Thursday afternoon at King University in Bristol. The team is slated to play an afternoon double header but the weather forecast shows an 80% chance of rain in the morning on Thursday. The weather is supposed to break at game time so there’s hope that the games can still be played.
Pretty neat to have two players from last years squad playing at the next level. If there’s anyone else out there that I’ve missed, PLEASE let me know.
