Live from St. George, Utah on Day 7/23 of the journey and its time to balance out my Equality meter. The trip has been about football 🏈 and sight seeing but today is about Women’s College Basketball 🏀.

Utah Tech Trail Blazers are hosting the Oregon Ducks. Utah Tech is a newer name to the game after changing their name from Dixie State University.

It’s raining 🌧 3-pointers here and the Trail Blazers lead 44-34 halfway through the 2nd quarter.

The final Cavalier Sporting event before Christmas 🎄 is set to take place up in Giles

We have one remaining competition before Christmas 🎄 and it will take place in the Wrestling room.

Wednesday night 🌙 Head Coach West Long will take his squad up Highway 100 for a match with Giles High School. Their last time out was up at Hidden Valley where Andrew Myers captured a Bronze Medal 🥉 and a total of four Cavaliers advanced to Day #2 of the weekend event.

 Coach Long left that meet feeling as his team was starting to gain confidence and they will get their first opportunity since then to compete.

 We look forward to going through the results with Coach afterwards and of course share any thoughts before hand.
