Coach Long has checked in ahead of his team heading North(East) for a two day Wrestling event at Hidden Valley High.

The Titan Toughman Tournament gets underway this afternoon and concludes Saturday morning 🌄.

In his own words, here’s what an upbeat Coach passed on:

Heading to Hidden Valley for a tournament, today and tomorrow. Guys are excited and have put in the best week of work so far. A Couple athletes need to get the last couple pounds off on the way! Expecting better performance this weekend than last match. Will try and keep you updated.

My greatest appreciation for wrestling comes in the dedication of having to make weight the day of a match. Dedicated Student Athletes!
