Carroll County hours away from hosting the Magna Vista Warriors in Baseball ⚾️. #7 vs. #10 get underway at 5pm

Quick notes on the records shown on the Max Preps page – CCHS was double credited for a District win and is actually 6-4, 12-7.

Magna Vista has two double wins and one triple loss on their page so 13-11 is actually 11-9.

The two teams do have a common opponent in the Bassett Bengals. Carroll County split with Bassett, winning at home 4-0 and falling 2-1.

Magna Vista swept Bassett, winning 1-0 at home and 10-5 @ Bassett.

The winner 🏆of today’s game will advance to play at the #2 seed (Abingdon) on Friday.

It gets started tonight at 5pm with the Baseball ⚾️ team hosting Magna Vista at 5pm !

Without having a Bracket in front of me to confirm here’s what I have for Region 3D Baseball ⚾️ games.

Staunton River (8-16) and Bassett (10-10) as the two teams not participating.

#1- Cave Springs (16-5-1) and #2- Abingdon as the two Top Seeds awaiting QF opponents.

Coach DeHaven has confirmed that the Cavaliers are hosting the #7 -#10 game with Magna Vista tonight.

Tomorrow night 🌙 at 5pm William Byrd (13-11) will play at Northside (12-10) in the #8/#9 game.

Friday –

#3 Tunstall Trojans l13-6) host #6 Hidden Valley (11-9)

#5 Lord Botetourt @#4Christiansburg (14-7)
