Clemson, Duke and Florida State will be hosting Regionals βž• a slew of other teams will be attempting to advance to the Super Regional play.

Virginia Tech will play at Alabama, Georgia Tech travels to Florida, Stanford University heads North to Oregon, California has the ever so tough task of playing at Oklahoma, North Carolina over at Tennessee and Virginia heads down to South Carolina.

Nine teams chasing one dream, of making it to the Final table in Oklahoma City for the College World Series…

Men’s Basketball πŸ€ :

Duke gets #1 seed in Raleigh and waits until Friday so Coop and Maliq both have an extra day to recover.

Louisville gets good and bad news. Bad news is they dropped to an #8 seed but the good news is they open in Lexington, Kentucky (75 miles from home). 2nd round would be #1 overall Auburn.

Clemson (#5) is heading up to Providence, Rhode Island and will face McNeese State in its opener. Dreaded 5-12 match up.

North Carolina is still playing !! They will head over to Dayton, Ohio for a Tuesday play-in game for an #11 seed with San Diego State.

Men’s N.I.T – SMU, Stanford and Georgia Tech each accepted Bids.

Pittsburgh, Wake and Florida State each had winning records and were eligible.

A week in Greensboro comes to an end with Kara Lawson and her Lady πŸ‘© Blue Devils cutting down the nets after topping both #2 and #1 over the weekend !

Getting to spend three of the five days in Greensboro this week was enjoyable as it gets. The level of accessibility one gets at the Women’s Basketball πŸ€ tournament is significantly higher than the Men’s event and then to have Duke University winning the event for the first time since 2013, simply capped a great stretch.

#1 NC State, who went from leading by 14 to coming up 14 points short, experienced quite the difference in the early stages to the second half. Now the top 7 teams will wait to learn more about their path in the coming days as the Big Dance Bracket πŸ’ƒ gets released.

I will take a break from writing ✍ long enough to share the thoughts of Chris Graham ahead of tonights Duke at UVA Men’s Basketball πŸ€ game.

Chris and I go back two decades or so and we share a link in we are in possession of a University of Virginia degree. Chris earned his and I funded mine as our youngest of five πŸŽ“ graduated from The Grounds.

Tonight should be a fun night inside JPJ!
