Two days to spread it across the 3.2 course and we put it all to great use by just like a large Thanksgiving meal – its time for the clean up….

Keeping with our theme of Kindness x 2, we had a keepsake moment yesterday morning at Boo Ridge prep ! Charlotte and Coach Vickey.
Stories were written, helping out whomever I knew that I could and the Step 🚶♂️ count was North of 15K
All that was left to do was take some pain medication 💊 and head to bed 🛌. Then I realized that my 48 year relationship with the only Baseball ⚾️ team in existence to never play in a single World Series was going to start at 8pm.
Winner 🏆 take all, at home versus the Detroit Tigers 🐯🐅, the thought was what would it hurt to watch a few minutes of my Mariners, right ?
Epic Game = lasted over 5 hours
The Good News is that once again the M’s are within four games of the Fall Classic !
The Better News is that after a Nap, its time to get dressed and head to Hillsville Elementary School 🏫 for Day 3 of 4 in the We Love 💘 Vickey Ritchie portion of our Calender. 7:30 am will be here before you know it….

On a personal note 📝, every morning when I wake ⏰ up, I am thankful for three things – #1 God has Blessed me with another Day – #2, Howard Mayo sends me a Motovational Nugget (Weekdays) and #3, Travis Osborne sends me a Bible Verse.
The mission I’m on is to give people hope by showing them kindness and grace. It can be lonely at times, trying hard to Captain the Good Ship 🚢 Lollipop 🍭 but less so when you have two impressive Men trying to support your efforts !
In regards to West Long and why we have extra Love for him this week. There were nine of us out in the woods yesterday afternoon and at 9am we will kickoff Day #2 (9am-6pm).
Then on Saturday, after the event, the 1,000+ things we prop up in the woods along the trail 👣 has to be picked back up and placed in their tubs. West Long goes from mild mannered Wrestling Coach to this :
