Carroll County Middle School Boys π¦ got back on the winning track Thursday night π by rallying past Radford 27-25 on The Hill.
The Cavaliers, playing for the third consecutive night, trailed 15-12 at the break but flipped the script over the final 12 minutes to secure their seventh victory on the season.
Head Coach Darian Brown looks back at another rapid fire π₯ week.
” Another tough week playing 3 in a row. Iβve had a few guys battling being sick, injuries, etc but they keep showing up! We had a very physical game against Patrick to start the week. Took a loss but proud of how hard we played. Battled with Scott Memorial in a very close game and fell short at the end. I wish we could play them one more time at our place and I think we could get them.
Last night we played Radford and it came down the very end! It was another physical game that had two technical fouls called. My guys overcame that adversity and pulled out the win by 2. This puts us at 7-7 going in to next week where we will play Christiansburg and Rural Retreat before Thanksgiving break!”
Thank You Coach !
