We interrupt our Volleyball 🏐 coverage to talk Karma and celebrate with the Seattle Mariners as they earn a rare playoff spot and move within 1 game of clinching just their fourth division title in 48 years of existence !

As we drove North up I-81 after the Volleyball 🏐 marathon, I was following both the Seattle game, the Texas Rangers game and the Astros game.

When we stopped for the night, it wasn’t looking good so I stayed up and tried to change the Luck. While writing ✍ the Middle School story Texas lost but Seattle trailed 3-1 in the bottom of the 8th inning and has just managed one hit.

During the Junior Varsity story, Josh Naylor ripped a bases loaded double to give the Mariners a 4-3 lead. Houston gave up four straight to Oakland and just like that the Mariners are in the post season and one win from the division !!

Great Day, but I still need a Varsity Volleyball story so let’s get back to it.

Cleveland beating Detroit puts Seattle within 1 game of an opening round bye!
