Strasburg Express

Mr Jay Neal is the reason why OneofUs.Care can exist today and its with a great deal of pride that I can say that we continue our relationship with the Express for another season !
Sunday night, June 22nd will be our Night at the ballpark located in the Heart of Rams π country.
If the name Jay Neal sounds familiar to someone down this way its because he played Defensive Back at Virginia Tech University back in the day. VT edged out Duke as his landing spot and Jay went to Law School at William and Mary. After graduating, he returned to Shenandoah County and has been serving the community ever since.
Jay recently retired from practicing Law and can now focus his time to the four loves of his life – his Family, the Express, keeping people on the correct path and the Baltimore Orioles.

If you find yourself in the Strasburg area this Summer, stop by and catch an Express game. Jay will be the one with the π€ππ€, trying hard to create the perfect atmosphere.
Proud to call Jay Neal a Friend !

53-5 is a gaudy record and we tagged GGC with one of those five setbacks last month in Beckley!
Jeremy Sheetinger in simple terms is a Class Act ! This young Man is a tremendous ambassador for the game of College Baseball. His hard hitting squad is a fun watch and easy to pull for, so we are hoping for nothing but the best for GGC out in Idaho.
Way back on February 8th we matched up with Brad Shelton and his Cumberlands squad. Shelton is another individual who represents the game in the best way possible.

The gentleman who is in charge of everything out in Idaho for the World Series is another friend of both the West Virginia Tech University Baseball program. Ronnie Palmer is also part of the extended OneofUs.Care Family πͺ.

Palmer is just one of many people that I’ve met through the Baseball tree π³ that is Lawrence Nesselrodt, the long time Skipper of West Virginia Tech University Golden Bears π».
Palmer left such an impression on me that he’s on a short list of folks that I would welcome another opportunity to work together.
We are incredibly proud of our Baseball family πͺ at WVU-T and it extends to a great deal of the Country.
While we wish we could be in Idaho this week, we’re thrilled that Jeremy and Brad made it and rest comfortably in knowing that Ronnie will take care of them !

Nobody is going to dispute that Carroll County High School is behind the curve in regards to the powers to be in the Commonwealth. But last night both programs put other team on notice, CCHS is closing the gap !
Thank You to Allen Worrell π for taking the story of our site and putting it on the Carroll News. Thank you to NewsBreak for sharing the story to the rest of the Eastern Seaboard.
Thank You to Ches Helmick for both the gate and the energy. Thank you to Mr Williams for jumping in with no notice and sharing the efforts to get the word out.
Yes, we are behind right now, but if last night was any indication, not sure for how long???

Our favorite β€ Road Warriors are getting ready to head over to Floyd County (District) today and then Christiansburg (Regional-31st) and finish up in Lynchburg (6/6/25 – State)
Corrie Delp and the Coaches are booked for Lynchburg already and we have a group of other competitors that are either inches or less than one second from joining Delp.
Today is a BIG, BIG day for Track π£ and Field !
