Head Volleyball 🏐 Coach Cindy Edwards might have to add another stop ✋on her annual effort to visit each of her former players during their College playing days.

Brooke Webb received an invitation from the Coaching staff at Concord University at was able to accept. The visit went well and now we can officially begin the clock ⏰ on recruiting for the Junior.

  Webb also plays Softball at Carroll County High School but is currently recovering from an ankle injury.

Kate Dillon is the Concord University Head Coach and the one to extend the invite after watching Webb play in one of many Travel tournaments that Carroll County players participate in.

Madison Stockner, Cordelia Gardner and Kaylee Bunn are currently attending College and playing Volleyball 🏐. Another former player, Natalie Harris started as a VB player but has switched to LaCrosse.

Congratulations 👏 to Miss Webb and her Family 👪.

Both Bryce Smoot and Ethan Richardson made the Honorable Mention in the Timesland poll !

One thought process for the efforts to get more people in the stands at Tommy Thompson Field is to create a common bond. The teams don’t compete directly against each other in regards to who is playing at Tommy Thompson Field.

On the list of people that I am desperately looking for is someone that knows how to create graphics, like the one seen here for the Trailblazers. Love the folks in St.George !

  The number one goal is to get people excited about the game itself. Teaming up just seems like the most logical thing to do. It works for Shawn Montgomery and Jon Delp in regards to Track 👣 & Field. Those two teams are a package deal, through and through.

These Cavaliers are hard working and well coached Student Athletes. They deserve to play in front of fans and we need to find ways to get excited about the game itself, not Boys Soccer or Girls Soccer, just Soccer in Carroll County !

”  Varsity got it going early with a fast break by Savannah Swecker within the first minutes of the game with a shot inches away from scoring. Then the girls kept the pressure up on the offensive side especially on fast break situations. The girls were all creating many great opportunities on goal throughout the entire game.

    The defense also stepped up on a couple quick counterattacks that Patrick had along with goalkeeper Alexis Sheffey coming out to make a couple huge saves. Overall, tonight was a great way to end the week before the break!! Now time for some rest and to begin preparing for Radford next week!!!”
