Reid Horton was dominant on the mound, as the pitcher rang up 11 strikeouts in Carroll County Junior Varsity Cavaliers’s 12-1 victory over Patrick County Junior Varsity Cougars on Thursday. Reid Horton allowed one hit and one run over five and two-thirds innings while walking one.
