Those are the pitching stance from tonight.
We were paced at the plate by Britt Berrier and Dalton Busick. Both with 2 hits apiece. Went extra innings. Peyton Spencer also drove in Eli Worrell for the winning run in the top of the 8th. Then Peyton shut the door in the bottom of the 8th.
Complete Team effort tonight.

Over in Owensboro, Kentucky our Golden Bears π» kept the post season dream alive by sweeping a doubleheader at Brescia. Four conference games remain with the final two spots in the River States Conference tournament still up for grabs.
A perfect four of four on the night !

Sophomore Aden Puckett picked up a Hat π Trick during the JV Cavaliers 6-0 victory over Patrick County at Tommy Thompson Field on The Hill Thursday night. Puckett celebrated the feat by being a ball boy for the Varsity March. Humility is a wonderful trait.
Brittany Kinney checked in were her take on the Junior Varsity Girls winning 3-0 tonight over in Stuart.

JV got a big win tonight!
We played so well! Iβm so proud of them.
Three things:
Aaliyah and Dezirae (both new to soccer) scored two of our three goals!
Baya held our top of the diamond strong! She was a big part of our successful night. Sheβs only an 8th grader, but sheβs rocking it!
Chloe (8th grader) is staying strong in the goal. She is so aggressive.
Can you add in β¦ Sherlyn had our final goal off of a beautiful penalty kick!
Girls Varsity Soccer β½οΈ improved to 5-2-1 with a hard fought 2-0 victory over Patrick County in Stuart.
Karmen Smith found Callie Harris with a pass, once in each half and Goal Keeper Alexis Sheffey made sure those two goals were enough.
Varsity Boys 5, Patrick County 0 on The Hill.
Forrest Johnson and Company finally played on their home pitch and the group made the most of the opportunity.
Senior Goal Keeper, Christian Hernandez had an evening that most goalies cannot even dream up. Hernandez finished the night with a shutout, a goal and an assist. A Goalie Hat π Trick that might be the first in the history of the sport.
The shutout was the easiest of the three as the Cavaliers backline defense was up to the challenge against the Cougars π. With 11:52 remaining in the second half, Hernandez launched the ball three quarters of the field and it hit Daniel Torres – LΓ³pez in stride for a highlight reel score.
Junior Sammy Ibarra ( 7:50 – 2nd) put his own special touch on the night when the Junior found the back of the net on a Cavalier Corner.
Lopez also scored a second half goal on a pass from Hez Mejia ( 21:55 – 2nd).
Carroll County looked to be in mid-season form and if it werenβt for the efforts of Patrick County keeper Wheeler Helms, the score would have been even higher.
All four Soccer β½οΈ teams will enjoy the Easter Break with no matches scheduled until late next week..
Hernandez added the final goal when Landon Puckett was taken down in the box π¦ and Carroll County was awarded a Penalty Kick
