The original schedule showed five contests but we know that the Varsity Softball game has been moved to next month, leaving four Cavalier events for today.
Head Baseball ⚾️ Coach Casey Burcham and his Diamond💎 have The Hill to themselves tonight at 5:00 pm. Galax crosses over US-58 to test the Cavaliers.
The remaining three teams will be heading over to Galax for their games and matches.
The Junior Varsity Girls 👧 Soccer team returns to action 🎬 for the third time this season. Start time is 5:30 on the pitch.
Going to have some fun with the remaining two as its time for a Top Ten List of things that JV Baseball Coach Adam Nester and Varsity Girls Soccer Coach Adrienne Harris have in common.
10. Both are set to head over to Galax for their third game of their season tonight.
9. Both are 🎓👨🎓👩🎓🎓 of Carroll County High School.
8. Both are in their first season as the Head Coach of their respective teams.
7. Both enjoyed success as players in their sports before becoming Head Coaches.
6. Both are second generation CCHS Coaches with Fathers that worked at Carroll County High School 🏫.
5. Both are great to work with for us in regards to getting information on their ball games for us to share!
4. Both led their teams to shut out victories in their very first games as Head Coaches. Adam won 25-0 and Adrienne won 1-0.

2. Both will now head over to Galax on a Wednesday night 🌙, looking to continue their magical starts. The Duck, Duck, Goose reference fits in relationship to putting up Goose Eggs 🥚🥚.
