6:00 First Touch for Varsity Soccer ⚽️
There was a shot at a daily double when the Soccer was slated for 7pm but with the start time now 6pm, we will lean on Marion Harris to keep us in the know about Game 2 in the season for the program.
Here, its Game 3 for Softball overall and Game 3 on the road. The team was set to play Galax at home on Wednesday but that contest has been pushed back to next month. The team will now have its home opener on Friday at Cavalier Park.
4:36 – The Warriors are taking infield practice now and everything appears to be on schedule 📅.
The JV Softball team is playing at home tonight and Boys 👦 Varsity Soccer ⚽️ is playing up in Bluefield versus Graham as well. We would welcome 🙏 updates from either place if someone wants to jump in.

Top 1st, Cavs plate 3 runs 🏃♂️ on four base hits. Both Addie Greene and Laiken Burnett lined doubles in the rally.
B1 – Warriors get one run back (5:20-end 1st), Cavs 3-1
T2 – Cavs put one runner on but score remains 3-1 (5:26)
End of 2nd – Cavs 3-1 here, Mr DeHaven says JV up at home, 2-1 after 1st!!
Middle 3rd – still 3-1, Burress with a hustle double but was stranded at 3rd base. Laynie-Jo Leonard lined a foul ball that landed in a nearby trash 🗑 can.
End of 3rd (5:47), Cavs 3-2. Warriors get one back with a lead-off home run. Brooke Webb gunned down a runner at 3rd as Burnett applied a sweeping tag!
Halftime – Mid 4th, Cavs 3-2 (5:53)
Junior Varsity Softball up 5-1 in 3rd !!
Marion reports a 6:15ish start for Soccer.
Warriors have plated five runs in the bottom of the 4th and now lead 7-3 (6:07)
Middle 5th now, Cavs trailing 7-3. Emma Harman is now pitching and Addie Greene takes over at Short Stop.
