Medley Relay qualified for finals one spot better than our preliminary seed, but we have to scratch as Ethan Richardson will be headed to basketball soon.
Bradley was at his recent personal best in 200 IM. Finished 19th.
Ethan Edwards has completed his events. 24th in 200 Free, 20th in 100 Fly.
Ethan Richardson is also finished with individual events. 23rd 50 Free, 19th 100 Free.
Wyatt Ogle finished 22nd in 100 backstroke. Bradley Dalton moved up two places to 19th for 100 breaststroke with a new PR.
Both relays qualified for finals, but we have scratched both to send the Ethans and Bradley on to other events. Wyatt will swim finals in 50 Free after lunch.
Only 0.1 seconds between four places. Amazingly close race!
Wyatt was 0.01 away from the A Final He’ll be top seed in the B Finals,In 50 Free
Wyatt Ogle is leaving today with a top ten state finish!He was second in the B Finals and his time actually tied the 8th Place finisher, but the finals format doesn’t advance or drop swimmers out of the heat they placed into from prelims.
This is a great result for Wyatt in one of the hardest races.
There’s just no room for any mistakes in this high stakes sprint race and Wyatt didn’t make any today!
