Bill Gallimore was the first to inform me that our Just Say No plan was flawed as he reported three inches or so out his way. I’m not sure how much is out our window but I’m sure its going to get worse before it gets better.

Once again, the Girls Junior Varsity team will lose an opportunity to play a game together as the makeup game for tonight will be next week and be Varsity only.

When the schedule 📅 was originally released it was designed to have the regular season end tomorrow. But the amount of games that had to be pushed back forced games to be slated in the dormant window between the end of the season and the beginning of the Regional tournaments.

The Girls 👧 JV has lost opportunities to teams because they don’t have JV ( Martinsville and Glenvar) plus one to team illnesses and now at least one to late season scheduling.

The big question now is whether or not we can catch a break with the weather forecast going forward. The remainder of the week is full of games waiting to be played and that will depend upon the next 24 hours.

Say a 🙏🙏🙏 for the VDOT crews that will switch over to Around the Clock ⏰ shifts in hopes of keeping us safe. Probably wouldn’t hurt to say one for Kevin DeHaven as our Athletic Director continues to try and put square pegs into round holes.
