Let’s sneak in a little Duke University Football news as 3 former Blue Devils will see action 🎬 in the 5 Big Games this weekend 💙

  Noah Gray of the Kansai City Chiefs, Jamison Crowder of the Washington Commanders and Riley Leonard of Notre Dame will each see action 🎬.

  Leonard will be playing for the final time Monday night versus Ohio State as they meet for the National Championship. Meanwhile, Gray and Crowder will look to help their teams continue their pursuit of a trip to the Super Bowl 🏈.

  In the first of the three games, Gray caught 3 passes from Patrick Mahomes

Gray was one of four Chiefs to catch a pass against a stingy Texans defense but thankfully the KC D was even more stingy. KC & Gray live to play ▶️ another day!

Game #2 – 10 year veteran Crowder has 2 receptions in the first half against the Detroit Lions.

Crowder finished with 2 catches and 25 yards as the Commanders rolled the Top Seeded Lions last night!

     ” We had a tough start to the game  tonight , we are still struggling with our half court offense execution when we figure that our we will be a better team. Our players are still growing into their roles. Once we figure that we will grow quicker the more we trust the process, the better we will be . We are blessed to work with some really  good young ladies.”

This just in : JV Lady 👩 Cavs earn a hard fought Win !!!

My connection to events played in the Highlands goes back over two decades. I have often called it the place where stories go to die because of the lack of media coverage.

  Today, Carroll County JV Girls 👧 Basketball 🏀 team broke into the victory column. This is exciting news for me and I hope to be able to expand on it later.
