” We won our opening game of the Fort Chiswell Christmas tournament over Rural Retreat 62-25.

   Our defense led to several easy baskets early and also got several layups from pushing the ball. We had 10 players score as well. Very good win today! We played at 2:15 tomorrow in the semifinals.”

The Good News was there was a Flight ✈️ that would get Lin and I back in time for the Funeral service today. The Bad News was it departs at 5:10 CST.

  It wasn’t straight from the Stadium back to the Airport but it wasn’t far from it. Sleep 💤 is overrated, right ?

  The Flight ✈️ gets in at 8am and then getting a car 🚗. Coach Nester says we are meeting at 2:30 so there should be ample time.

Marion Harris found these way cool brackets for the Boys 👦 Basketball 🏀 teams as their play begins later today.
