Remembering the Life of Mr. Jeff Tobler begins today with a Ceremony at Cavalier Park and continues on Friday afternoon.

Mr Jeff Tobler

Here’s hoping that everyone πŸ™ was able to enjoy their Christmas πŸŽ„ Day and they were able to spend it with people that they Love πŸ’˜.

People that were loved is a perfect Segway to the passing of Mr Jeff Tobler this week. To say that this caught folks off guard would be quite the understatement as Coach had just finished up with some Basketball work and was set to get ready for the next season of Cavalier Park and Softball here after the first of the year.

Jeff had been Coaching alongside Rick Nester for what seems like forever as its roots trace back to pre-Softball as the duo worked Football together for years as well.

From 2,000 miles away, here’s what we know will take place over the next 48 hours as people try to find the right manner to pay their respects to a beloved Giant of an individual.

Β  {Friday} visitation will be from 2pm to 4pm and the Funeral is set to take place immediately after.

Mr Lucas Dalton is set to speak at the service and has seen Jeff in action first hand as he too is part of the Lady πŸ‘© Cavalier Softball program. Please say a Prayer for Lucas ahead of Saturday.

Later today the young Ladies that play Softball for Carroll County High School will be getting together to pay their respects and at the same time continue to try and come to grips with the reality that Jeff Tobler won’t be awaiting them at first base when they are hustling down the base path.

It was the third member of the Three Musketeers that work the Press Box for the home Softball games alongside Jeff’s Bride Tammy and myself, Mr Kevin Burress that asked the question so eloquently –

” How do we even begin to honor a man that meant so much to so many?”

The team has something planned for later today on The Hill and I hope to be able to share some of it later on tonight.

I consider it a privilege to have known Jeff and Tammy Tobler. The past four years have been a joy and Tobes will be missed for quite sometime.

The past four weeks (to the day) have been an extended Vacation but the work portion begins here in a few hours with a Cross Country ✈️✈✈️ to Alabama.

While I will not be there physically Today when the Parents and Daughters of our Softball Family gather, know that I will be emotionally.
