Wrestling Coach West Long ✔s in with a Positive update on his Program !

Carroll County traveled up to Cave Spring High School 🏫 this past weekend and the effort pleased the second year Coach !

“We went 3-2 this past weekend. Everyone wrestled well and are starting to clean up the little mistakes. We are hoping to be able have our home matches starting on Wednesday evening against Pulaski and Patrick.

  The team is looking forward to hosting a meet on The Hill after the first one was postponed due to weather conditions.

   Great to hear from Coach and will look forward to seeing how Wednesday goes.
