Elon University (Alyssa Ervin) will take to the Court later today at East Carolina University. Meanwhile both Elijah Cox (Randolph) and Katie Lam (Roanoke) were in action 🎬 yesterday.

Both squads came up a little short in ODAC action but Cox finished his game with a season high 10 points.

We will swing back around at the end of the day to add the results of the Elon University game.

Alyssa finished with 6 minutes played and 3 points scored. Their next stop βœ‹ is Los Angeles…

PR = Personal Record

A trio of early takeoffs plagued the women’s 200 Medley Relay and the men’s 200 Free Relay, disqualifying those teams.

Saige Carico: 50 Free, 163rd; 100 Back, 70th, PRAmelia Forsyth: 50 Free, 134th; 100 Free, 107thSavannah Swecker: 50 Free, 135th, PR; 100 Breaststroke, 49th, PR

Richardson, Edwards, Ogle, and Dalton took 4th in 200 Medley Relay and 3rd in 400 Free Relay.

The free relay took men back to within two seconds of last year’s state finals time and they dropped a second in medley.

Bissonnette dropped 13 seconds in backstroke and 3 seconds in 50 Free. Carico left almost 12 seconds behind on her backstroke race.

Lintecum dropped 6 seconds in free and Taylor had a double drop, shaving almost 2 seconds off free and 6 off breaststroke.

Garrison Wheatley dropped 5 seconds in breaststroke.

Plenty of great new times to go around, but these were the heavyweights of the time drops today.

And Swecker had an 8 second drop in breaststroke.

We are proud of our Swimmers πŸŠβ€β™‚οΈ and grateful πŸ™ for Shannon Dalton ❀
