Last week Mr. (JAY) Holderfield sent me a text message saying there was something waiting for me at the High School 🏫 the next time I was around.
I was smiling from ear to ear Yesterday when I stopped by and was handed a FBLA T-shirt 👕 and the Thank You card pictured above. The Future Business Leaders of America were one of the six recipients so far in the Cavalier Kudos program and they took the time to acknowledge the $500.00 donation.
I’m very, very Old School and raised my Children to be the same. Yes Ma’am, No Sir, Please and Thank You are all incredibly important parts of showing kindness and respect to others.
The Hope tied to the Cavalier Kudos program was to show that its not just about Athletic teams. The Hope was to create a path for the folks who teach our students and organize our events so more people could take advantage of the platform.
Putting two faces atop every single story I create on this site, the faces that were nominated and chosen from the previous month was designed to make someone feel appreciated. I have yet to have that come up in a conversation.

Everything is a learning experience when you try to do something outside of the Box 📦. Just know that yesterday the folks that are our FBLA took the time to say Thank You, which allows me to say, You are Most Welcome 🙏.
