Volleyball 🏐 State Semi-final Night 🌙 is here and we have 3 matches to keep an eye 👁 on in regards to Carroll County High School 🏫. One in each category…

Class 1 – Our neighbors from Riner are trying hard to make it back to Salem for the Championship Saturday. Auburn will know their opponent really well. The Eagles are 27-2 with Giles being one of the two L’s… The two teams are meeting for the 5th time this season!

In Class 2 we have our Three Rivers District foe James River High School trying to advance. They will play Ridgeview, who swept Radford in the Quarterfinals.

In Class 3 – Christiansburg Blue Demons 😈 will be hosting another of our Regional foes, Hidden Valley. These two teams have squared off the maximum amount of times possible to this point and this should be a thrilling match.

Auburn and Christiansburg are located just 7.6 miles apart and tonight they will both be hosting matches.

Here’s the question – will you be pulling for A- our neighbors, B- Our District foes, C – our Regional team that eliminated us, D- All of the Above, E – None of the Above ???

Linda flew into Dulles Airport after being gone for the past three weeks and her flight ✈️ wasn’t scheduled to land until Midnight. This left enough time to stop by the Regal Theater 🎥 in Gainesville to see a movie while I waited and I choose Red One.

Bonnie Hunt as Mrs. Claus 🎅 was perfect casting and J K Simmons seems to be able to play any role out there. I have the Regal movie package where for $20 per month you can see all of the films you want and its a great way to disconnect.

The movie did exactly what I needed it to – it filled two hours and it made me laugh, smile and think. I even thought the message was very well thought out and then IT happened.

I was curious about what actor played the Polar Bear 🐻 so I Googled the cast.

Just below the cast was seven different reviews of the Movie with each one shredding everything about the film. Part of the challenge we face every day is to stay positive and the more you allow yourself to absorb, the greater the challenge becomes.

My efforts everyday is to try and create a smile on a few faces. It can be a lonely place from time to time but offering HOPE is something that needs to be done as often as possible.

The World 🌎 is full of people that think its fun to tear things down. I have never understood the appeal to this is. Whether its a Sports team, a Movie or a Public Figure, people are lined up around the Block to tell you why they hate them or that.

Go out there today and find one moment where you can do or say something that will uplift another’s Spirit and God will notice 🙏…

We need to find away to get past the Hate because we can mind set……
