Hillsville Elementary School 🏫
Coach is working on teaching the team various defensive alignments. Triangle 🔺️ & 2, Box 📦 & 1, etc. The amount of energy that Coach puts into each and every practice is enough to make me tired.
We have nine players today and for anyone who might be wondering about the lack of photos 📷 of the team, this is do the fact that Vickey has to be ever so protective of her group. Understanding this, we leave the Photo sharing to her.
2:50 – is Break Time and the group loves this (I kinda like it too).
In addition to the nine players, we have nine adults. Make that 10 & 10 as one more has made it !!

It was be easier to kick back on a Sunday afternoon but if Appalachian State University is off, there’s no place I would rather be than helping Coach Vickey Ritchie !
