Coach Forrest Johnson checks βœ” in after his Senior Night πŸŒ™ match with a Tip of the Cap to each of his Seniors !

For last night, Jv played a great team game winning 6-1 with many different players scoring.

Varsity lost 1-0, we had tons of chances and just couldn’t put it in the back of the net. But those night happen to everyone at some point in time. We are prepared to turn things around next week.

We would like to thank Oneofus.care for providing free admission to our fans. It was nice to play in front of a bigger crowd!!!

This was our senior night and I would like to recognize each one:

9 William Burnett

13 Davis Reitzel

7 Alexis Ruiz

5 Brayan Hernandez

19 Benjamin Stetina

16 Isai Esquivel

11 Manny Lozano

17 Alex Dawson

We are very proud and thankful for everything they’ve done for this program!

Next up for the boys program: Thursday at Glenvar

Taking a look inside a pleasant experience with a young Man building on his business

Derrick Bell is the man behind DB’S Auto Detailing and Wash. Bell has been working on expanding his business for going on two years now as he approaches his 18th birthday.

Our paths crossed yesterday for the first time as young Mr. Bell took the time to shine up one of our two cars πŸš—

One of the impressive things about the efforts of Bell is that he has the ability to bring his efforts to you if that makes the experience less difficult to find the time to get the service booked and completed.

Finding young people that are trying hard to create an opportunity for themselves nowadays can be somewhat of a challenge so when it happens its enjoyable to try and shed some light on the efforts.

Best of Luck going forward Sir

Marion Harris shares his take on History being made up in the Highlands – Ashlyn Newman is now the leading scorer in Carroll County Soccer ⚽️ History

Ten minutes in to the game, our starting goalie, Alexis Sheffey, took an accidental kick to the head and had to come out. We were already down two starters with Bre Shumate injured and Sarah Alderman sick.

Then, we sent Savannah Swecker to goal. This is the first time she has played soccer since third grade. I would imagine she was rather nervous, but she rocked it! The last two games, we’ve had some younger players getting a lot of time.

Melissa Mize really stood out tonight. She is really going after the ball. With all the injuries, we had to drop Harleigh Riggins to the back line and Callie Harris to the six. They all pitched in for a team win.

However, coming in to the second half with a 1-0 lead, our captain, Ashlyn Newman said get me the ball, and she put on a clinic! Callie Harris set her up with some nice passes and 3 assists.

She tied her own season record of 6 goals in one game, and that put her at 72 goals, making her the all time leading scorer.

Harris to Newman for the record!!! Would love to know how many times that has happened over the last eight years!!!!!

Game balls go to Savannah Swecker and Melissa Mize!!! Both stepping in for hurt or missing teammates!!!! They both played great at positions they were not used to playing!!!
