Ben Tickle and I share a number of thought processes and one Big One is our desire to support Coach West Long and his Wrestling Program !

We are closing in on the Bus departure time for when our Wrestling team will head out to the District tournament up at James River High School 🏫.

 I have passed on my well wishes to Coach this morning 🌄 and when he gets on the road he will send back a little message about the day ahead. Just wanted to do more than copy and paste his message today, I wanted to create a post 📫 around it and will also add to it is the day plays itself out.

 I added Mr. Tickle to this one because of his passion for the group as well. Not asking anyone to drive up to James River today, not asking folks to even read the coverage. Just want people to know that they’re our Wrestling team and today they will be Wrestling for our Community !
