Most of these boys been together since the 6th grade .

There’s Tammy in the middle of the scorers table making sure that everything is going well !

The Girls are just minutes away from tip off with visiting Radford. By my count we have 16 young Student Athletes dressed and ready to give it their Best!

At the end of the Day I’m a Softball fan and proud to partner up with Coach Rick Nester and his Softball Family 👪. Both Jeff and Tammy are a huge part of that group so it brought a huge smile to my face when I realized who was at the helm of the program !

6:00 minute quarters…

Lady 👩 Cavs lead 3-0 as the Radford Bobcats Boys 👦 enter the Gymnasium.

Radford scores at 3:22 to trim the deficit to 4-1.

We have a timeout with 1:05 left on the clock ⏰ with the Lady 👩 Cavs leading 6-1.

The first quarter is in the books 📚 with the Lady 👩 Cavs leading 6-1.

Varsity Coach Marc Motley is now in the Gym as is lead assistant Brandi Cochran- Mitchell as the game nears half-time.

5:12 pm – Halftime with Carroll County leading 13-7

Lady Cavs prevail 25-14!

The opportunity to get Allen Worrell and West Long in the same room arose today ahead of the Basketball 🏀 games and we jumped on it.

It also allowed me to get a look see inside of the Workout room for the team. Already looking forward to reading the piece once Allen gets it worked up.

Coach Long (Class of 2004) is getting Allen up to speed on his goals and philosophy for his squad, including his 18 year plan!

The stack left at Omega is now down to just 10. This is exciting because it means we are close to the donations being passed out to the local Charaties !!
