The two Schools went toe to toe for just over two hours before the Home 🏡 team took the fourth set in extras, 27-25 and then dug out of a 4-0 hole 🕳 at the start of the deciding set to advance into the Elite Eight as a Host Team in the Quarterfinals. Auburn will remain on the road in hopes of adding another Trophy 🏆 to an already impressive Case.

Hidden Valley finished off our Region 3D Volleyball 🏐 tournament that was chalk from start to finish (Home 🏡 team / higher seed Won each match of the last 3 rounds).

James River fell short on the road but still advances to the Elite Eight of Class 2.

Every now and then things will line up to have two teams meet up five times in the same season. Two regular season matches followed by a District tournament, Regional tournament and finally the State Tournament. Giles and Auburn are set for Round Four tonight at Giles when they meet for the Regional crown 👑.

Giles swept the first two before Auburn broke through to take Round #3 last week.
